Below is information about the various sponsorship levels, as well as tabling or donating products to the show raffles. Northwest Pinball and Arcade Show Sponsorship Levels

Gold Pinball $1500 Sponsorship Level:

• Sponsor LOGO inclusion on all print promotional materials for the Northwest Pinball and Arcade Show (including national and local advertising, 3,000 postcards, 1500 full color posters, flyers, etc.)
• Sponsor LOGO w/hyperlink displayed on http://www.nwpinballshow.com
• Sponsor name w/ hyperlink to appear on all Northwest Pinball and Arcade Show social networking sites, email lists, and other online promotions
• 2 sponsor banners may be hung at venue during entire show
• Sponsor may table at the show
• Sponsor flyers/promotional material may distributed in lobby entrance to show
• 2 mentions per day over the PA as sponsor of the show
• 4 weekend passes to the Northwest Pinball and Arcade Show

Silver Pinball $1000 Sponsorship Level:

• Sponsor LOGO inclusion on all print promotional materials for the Northwest Pinball and Arcade Show (including national and local advertising, 3,000 postcards, 1500 full color posters, flyers, etc.)

Beginner Pinball $500 Sponsorship Level:

• Sponsor LOGO inclusion on posters and flyers
• Sponsor LOGO w/hyperlink displayed on http://www.nwpinballshow.com
• 1 sponsor banner may be hung at venue during entire show
• Sponsor flyers/promotional material may distributed in lobby entrance to show
• 1 mention per day over the PA as sponsor of the show
• 2 day passes to the Northwest Pinball and Arcade Show

Tabling and/or having a booth at the show

• Option 1 = 8'x 8' space with 1 table and 2 chairs = $100 for weekend
• Option 2 = 8'x 16' space with 2 tables and 4 chairs = $200 for weekend
• Option 3 = 8'x 24' space with 3 tables and 6 chairs = $300 for weekend

Donating products and parts to the show's raffle

We also run raffles for pinball machines, arcade games, translights, marquees, promotional posters, gaming related products like DVDs and tshirts, etc. throughout the show. If you are unable to table or afford show sponsorship, another way to have a presence at the show is to donate a few items to the raffle. If you donate items to the raffle, not only will they get plugged over the microphone, your company will be thanked over the mic, on our webpage, and we will happily pass out promotional flyers for your company in the lobby for the show.
