VOLUNTEER

The Northwest Pinball & Arcade show it entirely run by volunteers. Volunteering is a great way to participate in the event, earn a free pass, meet new people, and to join a fun community based around collecting and playing pinball and arcade games. Volunteers help with set up, admissions, the prize desk, the tournaments, show break down and more. The last day to register to volunteer online is Friday, May 30th. Log in using Google, Facebook, or Microsoft and look for available areas and shifts.

Volunteering Games

Pinball & arcade collectors, we need your games for the weekend to build the largest arcade in the Northwest! All the games at the Northwest Pinball & Arcade Show are volunteered by local collectors and arcades, it’s vital we get local collectors to volunteer their games, you make this show happen! There are incentives for volunteering games that include passes to the show, but mostly it’s about helping put on the large regional pinball and arcade show and sharing our games and hobby with the general public. If you volunteer 3 or more games and are within our pick up zones (generally within 1.5 hours of Tacoma), we will even pick up your prepped games and deliver them back to you after the show. This works great for large collections!
