Silver: Donation of $1000

• Sponsor LOGO inclusion on promotional materials, including telephone poll posters and handbills Sponsor LOGO w/link displayed on nwpinballshow.com

• 1 sponsor banner may be hung at venue during entire show

• Can distribute flyers & promotional materials in lobby entrance to show

Gold: Donation of $1500

• Booth/Tabling at the show included with sponsorship

• 6 mentions per day over the PA as sponsor during the show

• 4 weekend passes to the Northwest Pinball and Arcade Show

Platinum: Donation of $5000+

• This level of sponsorship is designed for larger corporate sponsors that would like to be associated with and help out our non-profit show. It includes everything a Gold level sponsorship does, plus extra perks that can be negotiated, including branding, product placement, tickets, logo and sponsorship of events at the show, etc. Feel free to bring proposals to the table, we’d love to work with you.

Prize or Product Donations

• We happily accept donation of products and merch to give away to attendees at our prize booth during the show!

• Accepted donations include: pinball machines, arcade games, marquees, translites, promo posters or any kind of game related merchandise.

• With this donation you have our thanks. We will also mention you or your business over the PA during the show and you can leave promotional materials from your company in the lobby.
