Vendor booth rates increased this year for the first time in over a decade. We are, however, honoring the old rates for legacy vendors that vended last year. If you were given this link that means you!

Sorry this will be the last year at these rates, our costs have gone up for the venue, power, tables & chairs, etc.

2026 Legacy Booth Rates:

  • 10’x10’ booth, $250 (includes 2 vendor passes)

  • 10’x20’ booth, $475 (includes 3 vendor passes)

  • Custom booth sizes are available, contact vendors@nwpinballshow.com for pricing and details

All booths Include: Power, WiFi, tables, chairs, and promotion on the show website. If your booth features pinball or arcade games, they must be playable (no projects or NIB games).
