The Seattle to Portland area has the most pinball and arcade games on location per capita than anywhere in the world. We have a very large collector community, tournament scene, tons of arcades and barcades, and the show draws about 3,500-4,000 people over 3 days. It’s a great opportunity to vend to a large, fun crowd of people.

Vendor applications are now being accepted for the Northwest Pinball & Arcade Show! This year we will are increasing the show space to allow for more vendors.

Booth Size, Cost, What It Includes:

  • 10’x10’ booth, $375, 2 vendor passes

  • 10’x20’ booth, $650, 3 vendor passes

  • Custom booth sizes available, contact for pricing

Includes: Power, WiFi, tables, chairs, and promotion on the show website.

If your booth features pinball or arcade games, they must be playable (no projects or NIB games).
