Interested in becoming a vendor?

Vendor applications are now being accepted for the Northwest Pinball & Arcade show! This year we will are increasing the show space to allow for more vendors. The Northwest Pinball & Arcade Show draws 3,500 people over 3 days and people attend hoping to buy from vendors. Click below to contact our Vendor Coordinator. Pricing is as follows:

Booth Size Cost Includes
10’x10’ $250 2 tables (front facing table has cloth and skirting), 2 chairs, 2 badges, and one electrical outlet (5 amps max)
10’x20’ $475 4 tables (2 front facing tables have cloth and skirting), 3 chairs, 3 badges, and one electrical outlet (5 amps max)
10’x30’ $700 6 tables (3 front facing tables have cloth and skirting), 4 chairs, 4badges, and one electrical outlet (5 amps max)

20’x20’ $900 6 tables (3 front facing tables have cloth and skirting), 4 chairs, 4badges, and one electrical outlet (5 amps max)

For larger booth sizes, non-commercial space, or other special requests please contact our vendor coordinator for detailed pricing. Please let us know if you will be brining pinball or arcade games which will be playable, or if there is any other reason you may need more power than 5 amps.
