  • Donation of at least $5000

    This level of sponsorship is designed for larger sponsors that would like to be associated with and help out our non-profit show. It includes everything a Gold level sponsorship does, plus extra perks that can be negotiated, including branding, product placement, tickets, logo and sponsorship of events at the show, etc. Feel free to bring proposals to the table, we’d love to work with you.

  • We definitely accept the donation of products for use in our prize booth during the show. Accepted donations include but are not limited to: pinball machines, arcade games, marquees, translites, promo posters or any kind of gaming merchandise.

    If you want to have a booth at the show but can not afford the fee we are willing to negotiate for the donation of prizes instead.

    With this donation you always have our thanks, you will also be mentioned during the show and we will pass out promo material from your company.
